The 132 kW mobile jaw crusher is a reliable piece of equipment for crushing rock and construction waste. When selecting a model, factors such as the size of the feed material, throughput, chassis type and compatibility with associated machinery are taken into account. Attention should be paid to the quality of the jaw plates, the strength of the frame, ease of maintenance and overload protection. To ensure safe operation, carry out pre-start inspections, adhere to the maintenance schedule, do not overload the unit and replace worn parts in good time.
A 132 kW mobile jaw crusher is a reliable tool for crushing rock and construction waste; to select the right model and ensure safe operation, it is sufficient to assess the operational requirements, design features and equipment maintenance guidelines.
When selecting a machine, first of all assess the maximum size of the feed material, the required throughput and the permissible particle size of the final product. Also, pay attention to the type of chassis – wheeled or tracked models are suitable for different site conditions – and do not forget to check compatibility with associated conveying and screening equipment.
Assess the quality of the jaw material and the strength of the crusher frame, as these parameters directly determine the equipment’s service life under constant high loads. Also, check that the components are easily accessible for maintenance and that there are built-in overload protection systems to prevent breakdowns should non-crushable objects enter the crushing chamber.
Before each start-up, carry out a visual inspection of all components, check the lubricant level in the bearings and follow the scheduled maintenance programme; do not overload the unit beyond its rated capacity, adjust the gap between the jaws to the required particle size of the finished product, and replace worn parts in good time to avoid unscheduled downtime.
