SS-7018 Mobile Sorting Plant

The SS-7018 is a mobile, tracked screening plant designed for the efficient separation of crushed stone, sand and gravel mixtures, ore and recycled construction materials. The plant has a capacity of between 220 and 320 tonnes per hour, making it suitable for use at medium-sized sites as well as large quarries, mining operations and construction sites.

Three-deck inclined vibrating screen

The plant is equipped with a three-deck inclined vibrating screen measuring 7000×1800 mm. The three screening levels allow the feed material to be separated simultaneously into four finished fractions. This design improves sorting efficiency, reduces the number of re-processing operations and helps to produce crushed stone with a consistent particle size distribution.

Capacity of up to 320 tonnes per hour

The SS-7018 mobile screen is designed for intensive operation and the processing of large volumes of material. The feed rate of the loading equipment reaches 320 tonnes per hour, whilst the working capacity of the vibrating screen is up to 300 tonnes per hour. The actual throughput depends on the characteristics of the raw material, moisture content, screen mesh size and the required final particle sizes.

Sorting of materials up to 100 mm in size

The maximum size of the feed material is 100 mm. The SS-7018 is suitable for sorting pre-crushed stone, granite, basalt, limestone, ore, concrete, asphalt and other bulk materials. The 5 m³ hopper ensures a uniform feed of material and maintains stable operation of the entire screening line.

Precise separation of crushed stone into several fractions

During operation, the material is fed evenly onto the top deck of the vibrating screen. Under the action of directed vibration, the particles are distributed across the surface of the screens and separated according to size. Coarse particles are conveyed to the discharge section, whilst finer material passes through the subsequent screening decks. As a result, the operator obtains up to four separate fractions of the finished product.

Track-type undercarriage for challenging conditions

The tracked mobile sorting plant can move independently around a quarry or construction site. The undercarriage ensures stability on uneven ground, reduces ground pressure and makes it easier to change the unit’s working position. This is particularly useful at sites where the area for extraction, crushing or stockpiling of material changes regularly.

Integrated unloading conveyor system

The SS-7018 is equipped with a main conveyor and separate conveyors for discharging finished materials. The wide belts ensure the continuous transport of sorted fractions and the formation of separate stockpiles. The unloading height reaches 2,900 mm, thereby reducing the need for frequent handling of the finished material by loading equipment.

Electric and diesel-electric configurations

Versions with an external power supply or an on-board diesel generator are available to suit different operating conditions. The electric drive helps to reduce operating costs at sites with access to the mains electricity supply. The diesel-electric version enables autonomous operation in quarries, on remote construction sites and in locations without a permanent connection to the mains electricity supply.

Applications in quarries and the aggregate industry

The SS-7018 mobile inclined screen is used to sort crushed stone following jaw, cone and rotary crushers. The equipment enables the production of marketable aggregates for use in concrete, asphalt, road sub-bases and reinforced concrete products. Its mobile design simplifies the integration of the unit into an existing crushing and screening plant.

Ore sorting at mining sites

In mining operations, the unit can be used for preliminary and screening of ore. Separating the fine fraction prior to crushing reduces the load on the crushing equipment, minimises wear on moving parts and increases the overall productivity of the processing line.

Recycling of construction waste

The SS-7018 is suitable for sorting crushed concrete, bricks, asphalt and mixed construction waste. Separating the processed material into individual fractions allows it to be reused in road construction, sub-base preparation, backfilling and the production of recycled aggregates.

Mobile equipment for infrastructure projects

The plant can operate directly on construction sites for roads, railway lines, embankments and industrial facilities. Sorting the material close to where it is to be used reduces transport costs, minimises the number of transhipments and speeds up the preparation of crushed stone of the required size.

Rapid deployment on site

The integrated design combines a hopper, a vibrating screen, conveyors, a power unit and a tracked chassis in a single machine. Once delivered, the equipment can be quickly made ready for operation without the need to construct a complex foundation. This reduces installation time and allows the mobile screen to be moved swiftly between sites.

A robust design for long-term use

The SS-7018 working units are designed to withstand continuous vibrational and dynamic loads. Two vibratory drives, each with a power output of 9.5 kW, ensure a steady flow of material across the screens. The total installed power of the equipment is 57 kW, the motor power is 90 kW, and the total weight of the machine is approximately 32.5 tonnes.

Convenient transport between sites

In its transport configuration, the mobile sorting plant measures approximately 14,800 × 3,750 × 3,950 mm. Upon arrival at the site, the conveyors are moved into the working position, and the overall working dimensions reach 14,300 × 13,000 × 5,230 mm. The collapsible design helps to reduce set-up time and simplifies the transport of the equipment between production sites.

Advantages of the SS-7018 mobile screen

The model’s key advantages include a throughput of up to 320 tonnes per hour, a large-area three-deck screen, the ability to produce up to four fractions, tracked mobility, integrated conveyors and a choice of feed systems. The SS-7018 helps to organise the efficient screening of crushed stone, ore and recycled materials directly at the job site.

Selection of a sorting plant configuration

When selecting a configuration, it is necessary to take into account the type and moisture content of the feed material, the maximum feed size, the required throughput and the sizes of the final fractions. The screen mesh sizes, conveyor configuration and power unit option can be selected to suit the specific project conditions. Please provide the characteristics of the raw material and the requirements for the finished product so that we can recommend a suitable configuration for the SS-7018 mobile screening plant.
