SSP-6200 Mobile Horizontal Sorting Plant

The SSP-6200 is a mobile, horizontal, tracked screening plant designed for the precise separation of crushed stone, ore, sand-and-gravel mixtures and recycled construction materials. The three-deck screen, measuring 6200 × 1930 mm, enables up to four finished fractions to be produced in a single operating cycle. The plant has a capacity of up to 400 tonnes per hour, and the maximum size of the feed material is 100 mm.

Precise sorting of wet and sticky materials

The horizontal design of the screen increases the residence time of the material on the screening surface. As a result, the SSP-6200 mobile screen delivers more precise separation of fine fractions and performs effectively with wet, clayey or sticky materials. This design helps to minimise screen blockages and maintain consistent throughput even under challenging operating conditions.

Large-area three-deck horizontal screen

The plant is equipped with a heavy-duty three-deck screen with a working surface area of 6,200 × 1,930 mm. Three screening levels allow the feed material to be separated simultaneously into several marketable fractions. The SSP-6200 is suitable for the production of crushed stone of various sizes, the preparation of aggregates for concrete and asphalt, and the classification of mineral raw materials.

Adjustable vibration settings

The three-shaft vibration system generates a combined linear and circular motion of the material. The amplitude, frequency and stroke of the screen can be adjusted to suit the density, moisture content and particle size distribution of the raw material. This allows the mobile screening plant to be adapted to various production tasks and quality requirements for the finished product.

Capacity of up to 400 tonnes per hour

The SSP-6200’s operating capacity ranges from 220 to 400 tonnes per hour and depends on the type of material, moisture content, screen mesh size and the number of fractions required. The feeding system is designed for high-volume feed rates, making the plant suitable for quarries, mining operations, construction waste processing and major infrastructure projects.

Four built-in belt conveyors

The mobile horizontal screen is equipped with one under-screen conveyor and three side conveyors. After passing through the three decks, each fraction is automatically directed onto a separate conveyor and forms its own stockpile of finished material. This configuration reduces the need for additional loading equipment and simplifies the organisation of the production site.

Track-type chassis for mobile operations

The tracked undercarriage allows the SSP-6200 to be moved quickly between different areas of a quarry or construction site. It has a travel speed of up to 2.6 km/h and can climb gradients of up to 30 degrees. The unit can operate close to the extraction or demolition site, reducing the distance over which raw materials need to be transported and lowering operating costs.

Sorting of crushed stone and non-metallic materials

The SSP-6200 is used for grading granite, basalt, limestone, gravel, sand-and-gravel mixtures and other non-metallic materials. The horizontal screening principle ensures the precise separation of crushed stone into the commercial fractions required for the production of concrete, asphalt, road sub-bases and reinforced concrete products.

Applications in the mining industry

In mining projects, a mobile screening plant can be used for the preliminary screening of ore containing wet or contaminated clay. Removing fine particles prior to crushing reduces the load on jaw, cone and impact crushers, minimises wear on moving parts and improves the overall efficiency of the processing line.

Recycling of construction waste

The plant is suitable for sorting crushed concrete, bricks, asphalt and mixed construction and demolition waste. The SSP-6200 helps to separate reusable fractions from fine impurities. The resulting recycled aggregate can be used in road construction, sub-base preparation and the production of building materials.

Working as part of a mobile crushing and screening plant

The SSP-6200 can operate as a stand-alone mobile screen or as part of a complete processing line. The unit is compatible with jaw, cone, rotary and hammer crushers. This equipment enables a complete crushing and screening cycle to be carried out directly on site without the need to construct a permanent production facility.

Reducing the load on crushing equipment

The preliminary removal of fine and finished fractions prevents them from re-entering the crusher. This increases the effective throughput of the crushing equipment, reduces energy consumption and minimises wear on liners, hammers, cones and other working parts. As a result, the plant achieves more stable operation of the entire line and reduces the cost of processing the material.

Diesel or electric power system

The SSP-6200 mobile sorting plant is available with a range of power options. The electric version is connected to an external power supply and is suitable for sites with access to the mains electricity supply. The dual-mode version is fitted with a built-in generator and a diesel engine, enabling stand-alone operation at remote quarries and construction sites.

Compact transport and quick set-up

The unit’s transport dimensions are 14,300 × 3,630 × 3,850 mm, and it weighs approximately 37 tonnes. The integrated design combines the feed hopper, feeder, screen, conveyors, power system and tracked undercarriage. This reduces the amount of assembly work required and allows the equipment to be prepared for production more quickly once it has been delivered to the site.

A robust design for harsh operating conditions

The SSP-6200 is designed for continuous operation with abrasive and non-uniform materials. A reinforced frame, heavy-duty screen and industrial conveyor system ensure reliable operation in quarries, mining operations and waste processing sites. The total installed power of the equipment is 69 kW.

Environmental standards for the engine

Depending on the market and project requirements, the unit can be fitted with engines that comply with China III, China IV, EPA Tier 4 or Euro V standards. Selecting the appropriate engine ensures compliance with local environmental regulations and takes into account the equipment’s operating conditions.

Maintenance and after-sales support

Installation, commissioning, operator training, remote diagnostics and the supply of spare parts are provided for the SSP-6200. The standard warranty for the equipment is 12 months. Regular maintenance of the screen, bearings, conveyors and hydraulic system helps to maintain consistent performance and extend the service life of the plant.

How to choose a mobile horizontal screen

When selecting screening equipment, it is essential to take into account the type and moisture content of the raw material, the maximum feed size, the required throughput, the sizes of the finished fractions and the site conditions. Based on this information, it is possible to select the type of screens, vibration parameters, power unit configuration and conveyor layout for a specific project.

SSP-6200 for efficient material sorting

The SSP-6200 mobile horizontal screening plant combines high throughput, precise three-deck screening, tracked mobility and an integrated conveyor system. The plant is suitable for screening crushed stone, ore, wet materials and construction waste, helping to reduce transport costs, speed up production start-up and improve the efficiency of the crushing and screening line.
