The main advantage of the SF-580D-S is that it combines crushing, screening and material recirculation in a single machine. After primary crushing, the material is fed to the built-in double-deck screen, where it is separated into the required fractions. Large particles are automatically returned to the rotary crusher for reprocessing. This process helps to stabilise the particle size distribution, reduce the need for additional equipment and improve the overall efficiency of the production line.
The plant is equipped with a Model 1315 rotary crusher with a feed opening of 1540×1100 mm and a power rating of 315 kW. The adjustable discharge gap range of 0–180 mm allows the equipment to be adapted to different requirements for the final product. Rotary technology ensures efficient crushing, a good cuboid shape of the material and high throughput when processing limestone, construction concrete, asphalt and other suitable materials.
The built-in screen, measuring 4600×1540 mm, has two screening decks and allows several grades of finished material to be produced simultaneously. Separate conveyors ensure uniform discharge of the fractions, whilst a return conveyor directs oversized material back into the crushing chamber. This configuration is suitable for the production of crushed stone, concrete aggregates, road-building materials and recycled construction materials.

The preliminary separation of fine particles, the closed-circuit crushing process and integrated screening help to reduce the excessive load on the crushing chamber and minimise wear on moving parts.
