The SF-380D is a mobile, tracked rotary crusher designed for crushing construction waste, concrete, bricks, asphalt, limestone and other materials of low to medium hardness. The plant has a capacity of between 150 and 240 tonnes per hour, making it suitable both for processing recycled materials and for use on construction, road and quarry projects.
The SF-380D mobile crushing plant is equipped with a powerful Model 1214 rotary crusher. The feed opening measures 1380×1000 mm, and the maximum permissible size of the feed material is 600 mm. This design allows the unit to process large chunks of concrete, construction rubble and rock without the need for complex pre-processing of the material.
The SF-380D operates on the principle of high-speed rotor rotation. The feed material is subjected to intense impact from the hammers and repeatedly collides with the adjustable deflector plates. This results in uniform, cuboid-shaped crushed stone with a low content of needle-like and flake-like particles. The discharge slot is adjustable within a range of 0–150 mm, allowing the size of the final product to be varied in accordance with project requirements.
The SF-380D tracked rotary crusher is particularly effective at processing construction and demolition waste. The machine can crush concrete, reinforced concrete, bricks, asphalt and mixed construction rubble, transforming waste into reusable aggregate. The resulting material can be used in road construction, sub-base preparation, landscaping and the production of recycled aggregate.
The SF-380D is suitable for crushing old asphalt and materials generated during road repairs. The ability to process raw materials directly on site reduces the costs of transporting and storing waste. The mobile rotary crusher can be moved quickly between work sites and can be used on temporary road projects, remote sites and sites with limited space.
Before entering the crushing chamber, fine particles and contaminants can be separated by a pre-screening system. This reduces the load on the rotary crusher, minimises wear on the working parts and improves the overall productivity of the equipment. A magnetic separator removes metallic inclusions from the final product, which is particularly important when processing reinforced concrete and construction waste.
The SF-380D is mounted on a robust, hydraulically driven tracked chassis. This design ensures good manoeuvrability over uneven terrain, crushed stone, soil and construction sites. The crushing plant can be moved around the site without the need for additional transport vehicles, which simplifies the organisation of work and reduces the time taken to prepare the equipment for operation.
The mobile rotary crusher is equipped with an intelligent control system that enables monitoring of key operating parameters, the condition of the equipment and operational safety. Centralised control simplifies the start-up, shutdown and adjustment of the unit. The monitoring system helps to identify anomalies in good time and reduces the risk of unplanned downtime.
Various power supply options are available for the SF-380D. The plant can be powered from the mains or use a diesel-electric system with its own generator. The choice of power source allows the mobile crushing plant to be adapted to sites with different infrastructure, reduce fuel consumption and optimise operating costs.
The SF-380D’s working dimensions are 16,600 × 3,500 × 4,000 mm, and its transport dimensions are 16,600 × 3,500 × 3,750 mm. The unit weighs approximately 48.5 tonnes. The integrated design combines a feed hopper, feeder, rotary crusher, conveyors, screening system and magnetic separator on a single tracked chassis. This reduces installation time and enables production to commence quickly once the equipment has been delivered to the site.
The SF-380D mobile rotary crusher is used at construction waste processing plants, in road construction, in quarries, in the mining industry and at temporary construction sites. It can operate as a stand-alone crushing unit or be used in conjunction with a mobile screen to separate the processed material into several marketable fractions.
The main advantages of the SF-380D are a throughput of up to 240 tonnes per hour, a maximum feed size of 600 mm, high mobility, adjustable output size and the ability to process various types of construction materials. Its robust design, ease of maintenance and flexible power options make this model a practical solution for companies requiring an efficient mobile crusher for concrete, asphalt, brick and limestone.
When selecting a mobile crushing plant, it is essential to take into account the type and hardness of the feed material, the maximum feed size, the required throughput and the size of the final product. To draw up a technical solution, it is recommended that you provide details of the raw material, site conditions and planned production volume. Based on this information, we can select the optimal configuration for the SF-380D and any additional screening equipment.
