The SF-380D-2S mobile rotary crusher has a capacity of between 150 and 240 tonnes per hour. The maximum feed size is 600 mm, and the feeder unit has a capacity of up to 230 tonnes per hour. These specifications mean the unit can be used on small construction sites as well as in quarries, at waste processing plants and on large-scale infrastructure projects.
One of the main advantages of the SF-380D-2S is its three-deck screening system. After crushing, the material is fed onto the screen, where it is separated into three finished fractions. The size of the final product is determined by the screens fitted and the requirements of the specific project. A return conveyor directs oversized material back into the crushing chamber, ensuring a closed-loop cycle and consistent aggregate quality.
The plant is equipped with a Model 1214 rotary crusher with a feed opening of 1380×1000 mm and a power rating of 250 kW. The discharge opening is adjustable within a range of 0–150 mm. The impact crushing principle ensures a high degree of comminution, a good cuboid particle shape and a uniform particle size distribution of the final product.
The SF-380D-2S mobile crusher is suitable for processing concrete, bricks, asphalt and mixed construction and demolition waste. The resulting recycled aggregate can be reused in road sub-base construction, the production of construction mixes, backfilling and site landscaping. A magnetic separator helps to remove metallic inclusions from the processed material.
The plant efficiently processes limestone, blue stone, coal, gravel and other materials of medium hardness. The mobile crushing and screening plant can be used to produce aggregates for concrete, road ballast and materials for railway construction. The ability to produce several sizes in a single operating cycle reduces the amount of additional equipment required on site.
The tracked undercarriage ensures the machine’s stability and mobility in quarries, on construction sites and in areas with challenging terrain. The unit can be moved between work areas without dismantling the main structure. This reduces the costs of transporting raw materials, installing the equipment and preparing a permanent foundation.
A single machine combines a feed hopper, a vibrating feeder, a rotary crusher, a three-deck screen, a magnetic separator and a system of belt conveyors. The material sequentially passes through the stages of feeding, crushing, metal separation, sorting and discharge. The automated process reduces the number of manual operations and ensures the stable operation of the entire production line.
The SF-380D-2S can be powered by an external power supply or a diesel generator system. Connection to the mains helps to reduce operating costs at sites with existing infrastructure, whilst diesel power enables autonomous operation in remote quarries and on temporary construction sites.
The plant’s design ensures access to the main components for inspection, cleaning and maintenance. Centralised control allows for monitoring of feeding, crushing, screening and conveyor operation. Regular maintenance of the impact elements, screens, drives and conveyor belts helps to maintain consistent performance and extend the service life of the equipment.
The SF-380D-2S replaces several separate machines and reduces the floor space required for the production line. The machine’s working dimensions are 17,800 × 10,800 × 4,700 mm, its transport dimensions are 17,800 × 3,780 × 3,850 mm, and it weighs 54.3 tonnes. The integrated layout simplifies site organisation and speeds up the commissioning of the equipment.
