The SF-580D is a powerful, tracked, mobile rotary crusher designed for processing construction waste, reinforced concrete, bricks, limestone and various non-metallic materials. The machine combines high throughput, a large feed opening and the mobility required for operation in quarries, on construction sites and at demolition sites. The plant’s throughput ranges from 150 to 350 tonnes per hour, making it suitable for use in large and medium-sized crushing projects.
The SF-580D model is fitted with a 1315-type rotary crusher with a feed opening measuring 1540 × 1100 mm. The maximum size of the feed material exceeds 700 mm, so the plant can process large chunks of concrete, construction waste and natural stone without the need for complex pre-processing. The crusher’s 315 kW power output ensures consistent material crushing and high throughput during prolonged continuous operation.
The SF-580D tracked mobile crusher is designed to process 150–350 tonnes of material per hour. Actual throughput depends on the hardness of the raw material, its moisture content, the feed size and the required particle size of the final product. A large 6 m³ feed hopper and a high-capacity vibrating feeder ensure a uniform feed of material, reduce the likelihood of the crushing chamber becoming overloaded and improve the stability of the entire production line.
The high-speed rotor and three-chamber crushing design ensure that the material is subjected to multiple impact forces. As a result, the mobile rotary crusher produces crushed stone with a good cuboid shape and a controlled particle size distribution. The discharge gap can be adjusted between 0 and 180 mm, allowing the equipment to be adapted to different requirements regarding the size of the final product.
The SF-580D is effectively used for processing concrete, reinforced concrete structures, bricks and mixed waste following the demolition of buildings. The mobile plant allows material to be crushed directly on site, reducing the costs of transporting and disposing of waste. The resulting recycled aggregate can be reused in road construction, sub-base preparation, backfilling and the production of building materials.
The SF-580D mobile rotary crusher is suitable for primary or secondary crushing of limestone, dolomite and other materials of medium hardness. The unit can operate independently or form part of a mobile crushing and screening plant, together with a screen, a cone crusher and additional conveyors. This allows for the creation of flexible production lines for the production of crushed stone in various sizes.
A heavy-duty vibrating feeder can separate fine particles and contaminants before the material enters the crushing chamber. Pre-screening reduces unnecessary load on the rotary crusher, minimises wear on the impact elements and increases the plant’s overall throughput. This design is particularly useful when processing construction waste containing soil, sand and fine particles.
A mobile crusher can be fitted with a magnetic separator, which removes reinforcing bars and other metallic inclusions from the stream of processed material. This improves the quality of the finished recycled aggregate, protects downstream equipment and simplifies the sorting of construction waste. Magnetic separation is particularly important when processing reinforced concrete and materials resulting from the demolition of industrial facilities.
The robust crawler chassis ensures good off-road capability and allows the SF-580D to be moved across the uneven terrain of a quarry or construction site. The machine can be quickly positioned close to the raw material source, reducing the distance over which material needs to be transported by loaders and dump trucks. The machine’s mobility helps contractors move more quickly between work areas and minimise downtime.
The SF-580D is equipped with a state-of-the-art control system that monitors the plant’s key operating parameters. The operator can monitor the status of the motor, feeder, crusher and conveyors, and respond promptly to overloads and deviations. The ability to operate the machine remotely enhances staff safety and simplifies equipment operation in challenging production environments.
Various power options are available for the mobile rotary crusher, including connection to the mains supply and a diesel power unit. Electric operation helps to reduce running costs at sites with a stable power supply, whilst diesel power enables autonomous operation in remote quarries and on construction sites. The appropriate configuration is selected depending on the infrastructure and project conditions.
The SF-580D has a gross weight of approximately 54.2 tonnes. Its reinforced frame, heavy-duty rotor assembly and wear-resistant working components are designed to withstand intensive use and high impact loads. The unit is suitable for contractors, processing companies and non-metallic materials producers who require a reliable mobile crusher with high throughput and minimal set-up time.
When selecting a configuration, it is necessary to take into account the type and hardness of the raw material, the maximum feed size, the required throughput and the final particle size of the material. It is also important to determine whether preliminary screening, a magnetic separator, a dust suppression system, a return conveyor and an additional mobile screen are required. Based on this information, an optimal crushing and screening line can be designed for a specific quarry, construction site or waste processing plant.
