The SF-380D-S is a mobile, tracked crushing and screening plant that combines material feeding, rotary crushing, double-deck screening and the conveyance of the finished product. The unit enables several process operations to be carried out on a single platform, reducing the number of separate pieces of equipment, installation time and the costs associated with moving machinery between work sites.
The SF-380D-S has a working capacity of 150–240 tonnes per hour, making it suitable for both medium-sized and large-scale projects involving the production of crushed stone and the processing of construction waste. The feed module is designed for a capacity of up to 230 tonnes per hour, whilst the 5 m³ feed hopper ensures a steady and continuous supply of raw material to the crushing chamber.
The plant is equipped with a Model 1214 rotary crusher with a feed opening of 1380×1000 mm. The maximum feed size is 600 mm, and the discharge gap can be adjusted between 0 and 150 mm. The crushing module’s power output of 250 kW ensures efficient crushing of limestone, construction concrete, bricks, rock and other materials of medium hardness.
The main advantage of the SF-380D-S is that it combines a rotary crusher and a screening module in a single machine. After crushing, the material is fed onto a double-deck screen measuring 4600×1540 mm, where it is separated into two marketable fractions. Larger particles can be returned to the crushing chamber for reprocessing, which helps to achieve a more consistent shape and size of the finished crushed stone.
The SF-380D-S is suitable for processing concrete, bricks, asphalt and mixed demolition waste. This mobile crushing and screening plant allows material to be processed directly on site, reducing the costs of waste disposal and the purchase of new aggregate. The resulting recycled aggregate can be used for road sub-bases, backfilling and the production of construction materials.
The plant can be used in stone quarries and at temporary crushing sites for processing limestone, blue stone and other medium-hardness rocks. The integrated design allows a mobile crushing line to be set up without the need to construct a complex fixed foundation. This is particularly convenient for projects where the location of raw material extraction or processing changes regularly.
The SF-380D-S mobile rotary crusher is used in the construction of motorways, railways, industrial facilities and urban infrastructure. The ability to produce two sizes of aggregate simultaneously helps to prepare crushed stone of the required size more quickly and reduces the project’s reliance on external suppliers of non-metallic materials.
The tracked chassis enhances the system’s mobility in quarries, on construction sites and over uneven ground. The unit can move between work areas without the need to dismantle the process modules. The machine’s working dimensions are 17,800 × 7,000 × 4,700 mm, its transport dimensions are 17,800 × 3,780 × 3,850 mm, and the total weight of the equipment is approximately 51.4 tonnes.
The complex’s design includes a magnetic iron separator, intended to remove metallic inclusions from the material being processed. A return conveyor feeds the coarse fraction back into the crusher, forming a closed-loop processing cycle. This configuration is particularly useful when processing reinforced concrete and construction waste containing metal reinforcement bars.
Various power supply options are available for the SF-380D-S. The plant can be powered from the mains or using a diesel generator set. The choice of power source helps to adapt the mobile crushing plant to the conditions of a specific site, the availability of electricity, and requirements regarding fuel consumption and emissions.
The integration of the feeder, rotary crusher, screen, return system and conveyors reduces the need to purchase several separate machines. The user receives a ready-to-use mobile unit that requires less time to set up for operation. This reduces the costs of transport, installation, connecting the equipment and setting up the production line.
The rotary crushing principle helps to produce aggregate with a good cuboid grain shape. A two-deck screening system separates the finished material according to specified sizes, whilst the return of the coarse fraction improves the accuracy of the final product. The SF-380D-S is suitable for the production of road aggregate, recycled aggregate, materials for concrete works and commercial fractions for the construction market.
When selecting a mobile crushing and screening plant, it is essential to take into account the type and hardness of the raw material, the maximum feed size, the required throughput and the sizes of the final fractions. Based on this information, it is possible to select the appropriate crusher settings, screen configuration, drive type and conveyor system. The SF-380D-S can be adapted for processing construction waste, quarry rock and the production of sand and gravel materials.
