The SY-HP300 is a tracked mobile cone crusher designed for the secondary and tertiary crushing of hard rock, ore and construction materials. The unit combines high throughput, a consistent final product shape and the ability to move quickly between work sites. The equipment is suitable for quarries, mining operations, aggregate production, road construction and the processing of construction waste.
The SY-HP300 has a capacity of between 200 and 300 tonnes per hour, depending on the type of feed material, feed size, discharge slot settings and the requirements for the final product. The maximum feed size is 210 mm. The HP300 cone crusher has a power rating of 250 kW, ensuring efficient processing of granite, basalt, iron ore, copper ore and other high-strength materials.
At the heart of the plant is a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The material is crushed between a moving cone and a stationary bowl under high pressure. The inter-particle crushing principle ensures uniform grinding of the material, increases the crushing ratio and reduces the content of needle-shaped and flake-shaped particles in the final product.
The optimised crushing chamber, increased stroke of the crushing cone and stable rotational speed enable the production of crushed stone with a good cuboid shape and a uniform particle size distribution. The finished material is suitable for the production of concrete, asphalt concrete, road sub-bases, reinforced concrete products and other construction materials with high requirements regarding grain shape.
The hydraulic system allows the discharge gap to be adjusted within a range of 30 to 50 mm. The operator can adapt the size of the final product to the requirements of a specific project. The overload protection system reduces the risk of damage to key components if non-crushable objects enter the system and helps to maintain stable operation of the mobile crushing plant.
The SY-HP300 is mounted on a robust crawler chassis, which ensures mobility in quarries, mining sites and on construction sites. The machine can be moved closer to the extraction or demolition site, reducing the distance over which raw materials need to be transported. The unit’s overall dimensions are 18,000 × 3,760 × 4,400 mm, and the total weight of the machine is approximately 50 tonnes.
The mobile cone crusher is available with either a single or dual power supply system. When operating on an external power supply, the unit is connected to the industrial mains supply, which helps to reduce operating costs. The dual-power version is fitted with an on-board diesel generator and is suitable for remote sites where there is no stable electricity supply.
The plant is equipped with a 3 m³ receiving hopper, as well as feed and discharge conveyors. The main conveyor ensures a steady discharge of crushed material, whilst the return system can direct oversized material back for re-crushing. This configuration helps to maintain a continuous production process and produce the finished product to the required size.
The SY-HP300 mobile cone crusher is used for processing metallic and non-metallic ores, including iron, copper and gold-bearing ores. The equipment can operate downstream of a jaw crusher as part of a two- or three-stage crushing line, preparing the material for subsequent screening, grinding or beneficiation.
The equipment is suitable for crushing granite, basalt, diabase, quartzite and other hard rocks. The resulting crushed stone can be used in concrete and asphalt mixes, road construction, sand production and major infrastructure projects. With a capacity of up to 300 tonnes per hour, the plant can be used at both medium-sized and large production sites.
Thanks to its tracked design, the SY-HP300 can be used at demolition and refurbishment sites. The unit is suitable for processing crushed concrete, reinforced concrete and other solid construction materials following primary crushing. Mobile technology enables processing to be carried out directly on site, thereby reducing the costs of transporting waste.
The main components of the plant are designed to handle solid and abrasive materials. Hydraulic adjustment makes it easier to set up the equipment, whilst the well-thought-out layout of the working components simplifies maintenance and the replacement of wear parts. Regular maintenance of the crushing chamber, conveyors and hydraulic system helps to maintain performance and extend the service life of the equipment.
When selecting the appropriate configuration, it is necessary to take into account the type and hardness of the raw material, the maximum feed size, the required throughput and the final particle size. The manufacturer can adapt the configuration of the conveyors, feed system, screening system and material return system to suit the specific project requirements. To receive a technical quotation and find out the price of the SY-HP300, please provide details of the material, required throughput and the desired size of the final product.
