The SF-380D-2S power unit passed an 8-hour test under standard conditions: stable operation, no failures, fuel consumption is 4% lower than analogs, suitable for intensive use.
The SF-380D-2S, as a reliable power unit, passed an 8-hour continuous test to verify compliance with its specified performance characteristics, demonstrating stable operation across all load conditions, whilst fuel consumption remained within the standard limits for machinery of this class, confirming its suitability for long operating cycles.
The test was carried out under standard operating conditions: ambient temperature of 20–25 degrees Celsius, stable input voltage, and a constant load of 75% of the rated power, which corresponds to the most common operating scenario for this unit at production facilities. Throughout the entire period, no component failures, motor overheating or deviations in power output parameters were recorded.
Following 8 hours of continuous operation, all SF-380D-2S components remained intact and maintained their operational performance; vibration and noise levels did not exceed the maximum permissible limits, and the cooling system operated without overload, confirming the unit’s service life and its ability to operate without maintenance-related stoppages throughout a full working shift.
Average fuel consumption during the test was 2.8 litres per hour at rated load, which is 4% lower than that of comparable models in this segment; when the load was reduced to 50%, the figure fell to 1.9 litres per hour; all values correspond to the manufacturer’s stated specifications without any upward deviations.
The results obtained confirm that the SF-380D-2S is suitable for intensive use on construction sites, at remote production sites and for backup power supply; low fuel consumption reduces operating costs, and its reliability during prolonged operation eliminates downtime caused by equipment failure.
