The error codes for SUHMAN mobile crushers are a key tool for the rapid diagnosis of faults; they reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency, bringing together all common faults affecting various crusher components into a single database.
The SUHMAN fault database has been compiled on the basis of many years’ operational data covering more than 2,000 mobile crushers of various series; each code is linked to a specific component, is clearly graded according to the severity of the fault, contains no unnecessary abstract descriptions, and is designed for practitioners without the need for additional training.
All codes are divided into four groups: the hydraulic system is assigned codes E01 to E30, the fuel system E31 to E60, the crushing unit E61 to E90, and the control system E91 to E120; each range corresponds to a strictly defined unit of equipment, thereby preventing confusion during diagnostics.
When an error code appears, the component corresponding to the code range is first checked, followed by the steps specified in the database manual; For the 90%, common faults can usually be resolved by carrying out 2–3 simple steps; more complex faults are immediately referred to SUHMAN’s certified service specialists.
This database is tailored exclusively to SUHMAN mobile crushers; it does not contain any irrelevant data common to different manufacturers, is updated annually based on feedback from user service requests, and helps reduce the average time taken to resolve a fault from 4 hours to 45 minutes.
Users are advised to regularly update the database version in the crusher’s on-board computer, not to ignore critical error codes, to contact the service department immediately if the same error codes recur, and not to attempt to dismantle components themselves without the relevant documentation from the database.
