The SE-1060 mobile jaw crusher is designed for the primary crushing of granite, basalt, diabase, river stone and other hard materials. The plant has a capacity of 200–250 tonnes per hour, making it suitable for quarries, mining operations, aggregate production and the processing of construction waste.
The jaw crusher is fitted with a feed opening measuring 1060 × 750 mm and can handle material up to 700 mm in size. The deep crushing chamber ensures high force, a steady feed rate and efficient processing of large pieces of rock.
The discharge slot is adjustable within a range of 80–250 mm, allowing the size of the final product to be varied in line with project requirements.
The SE-1060 is fitted with a heavy-duty vibrating feeder measuring 4000 × 1100 mm. It ensures a uniform feed of material and reduces the risk of the crusher becoming overloaded.
An additional side conveyor removes soil and fine particles prior to crushing. This increases the output of the mobile jaw crusher and reduces wear on moving parts.
The tracked mobile jaw crusher can be moved directly to the material loading point. Its robust chassis is suitable for quarries, construction sites and areas with challenging terrain.
The plant does not require a permanent concrete foundation, can be quickly made ready for operation and helps to reduce the cost of transporting raw materials.
The standard version of the SE-1060 is fitted with a 200 kW diesel engine and can operate at remote sites without an external power supply.
A Dual Power version is also available, which can be powered by a diesel generator or the mains supply. Electric mode helps to reduce fuel consumption, noise levels and running costs.

It can be used on its own or in conjunction with a mobile cone crusher and a screen to create a complete mobile crushing and screening line.
